Low density cleaners DPL

ST Macchine Low Density Cleaners are used to remove impurities such as light sand, clay, stickies and other light contaminants still present in the stock with different specific weights.
Cleaners are built with special plastic material, suitable to work at high temperatures and with an excellent resistance to abrasion and various chemicals.
The number of cleaners to be dimensioned depends on the cleaning degree required and on the quality of raw materials to be cleaned.
Working consistency range can vary from 0.5% to 1.2%.
Last stage is normally equipped with junk trap with water addition in order to reduce the fiber loss.
The supporting frames of the cleaners are designed for fast replacing operations.
