Deflakers DST

The ST Macchine deflakers perform an excellent deflaking action on the flakes still present in the virgin fiber or waste paper, without any cutting or downgrading effects on the fibers.

The deflaking effect is obtained because of the mechanical & hydrodynamic actions produced by the high speed difference between the rotor and the stator in the machine.

Various applications on virgin fibers or kraft pulps or all recycled fibers.

Working consistency between 3% and 6%.
